How orders are processed, shipped and tracked.
Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 24 working hours. A confirmation email with tracking information follows once the order ships. Deployments involving custom imaging, asset tagging or branding are scheduled around your timeline and confirmed when quoting.
Shipping methods and delivery times
We ship via UPS and FedEx. Estimated delivery is 3 to 4 business days after dispatch, depending on location and the service selected.
Order tracking
A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships. If tracking has not arrived within the expected window, contact cs@sjcomputersmn.com.
Damaged or lost shipments
If a shipment arrives damaged, keep all packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at cs@sjcomputersmn.com with photographs. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve it.
